Ha, Basusu is quite annoying, I can tell :) I am sure the flying individual like this hero can help to limit the potential of other powerful fliers.

I agree with your observations too. The choice of the target, the flawless movement to get to the right positions at the right time and proper coordination of the elements is what is required to use MSU army well. Somehow I started making a lot of the mistakes that show that I either pick the wrong target, do not move in mutually supporting way and do not execute the maneuvers in proper timing. I don't understand why is that so because these are the mistakes I should have been able to avoid.

I find it quite puzzling but also important to find out because I should learn from the previous battles.

Cheers!Swordmasterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09735639525894232458noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3921669614910911724.post-63652972575296651982018-02-15T22:20:47.568+11:002018-02-15T22:20:47.568+11:00Tough game. I did have a lot of trouble against heavy shooting forces with my MSU force. Most of my largest losses came against armies that could put out a fair amount of shots. The smaller nerve values throughout an MSU force was the hardest part for me to deal with. There is only so much terrain on the board to take advantage of and there are downsides to being in or behind terrain as well.

I found that target selection becomes even more important when using an MSU force. You have to be decisive and focus on putting everything you can into high value targets while still being able to disorder secondary threats. In a lot of my losses, I found that I would either a) focus on the wrong target or b) commit units too soon without enough support. It is certainly a tricky tightrope to walk. In the past few losses, you have definitely made more solo charges than is optimal for an MSU force. But I think that comes from maybe not having the support where you need it (deployment issue) or not having the right pieces to provide support (army list issue). I’m sure you will figure it out!

As always, thanks for the report!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04880233343826942633noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3921669614910911724.post-41502200619325862562018-02-15T17:55:29.646+11:002018-02-15T17:55:29.646+11:00Hi there!

Mark's army is dangerous and I had the opportunity to try and beat it but now I now this particular plan was not good. I need to design a different one!

Cheers!Swordmasterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09735639525894232458noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3921669614910911724.post-79625346528914386212018-02-15T17:53:48.183+11:002018-02-15T17:53:48.183+11:00Hi gumbi,
